Shiv Nadar University (SNU) Delhi-NCR has partnered with Arizona State University (ASU) from the USA. They have launched a new Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business dual degree program . Students in this program will earn two degrees, one from each university. The program uses a 2+2 academic model , where students study in India and then in the USA. This new course will start in the 2026-27 academic year . Students can now apply for this program on the Shiv Nadar University website. The last date to submit applications is January 31, 2026 .
How the 2+2 Dual Degree Program Works
The 2+2 structure is central to this program. Students will complete their first two years of university studies at the Shiv Nadar University campus in Delhi-NCR. During these initial years, students will also take courses from Arizona State University. This means they will earn credits that can be transferred to ASU later. After completing the first two years at SNU, students will move to Arizona State University in the United States for their third and fourth years of study. At the end of the four-year program, students will receive two Bachelor of Science degrees. One degree will be from Shiv Nadar University, and the other will be from Arizona State University. This setup provides students with education from both India and the USA.
Study Areas (Majors) and Skills
The BS in Business dual degree program offers specific areas of study, called majors. These majors combine business education with skills in technology and data analysis. These skills are needed in today's business world. The available majors are:
- AI in Business: This focuses on how Artificial Intelligence is used in business.
- Business Data Analytics: Students learn to use data to help make business decisions.
- Computer Information Systems: This teaches about using computer systems in business settings.

International Study and Work Chances
This partnership provides an international education path for Indian students. The 2+2 arrangement allows more students to experience studying abroad. A key feature for graduates of this program is the chance to work in the USA after their studies. Under the Optional Practical Training (OPT) program , graduates with degrees in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields can apply to stay and work in the US for up to three years . This allows them to get international work experience.
Summer Program and Global Learning
The program also includes an optional ASU Summer Experience . Students can choose to attend this at Arizona State University's campus in Tempe, Arizona. This summer program helps students develop leadership skills. It also offers a chance to explore other short courses within ASU's offerings. This option gives students more global learning and helps prepare them to work in a changing business world. The program aims to equip students with skills and perspectives needed for success.
