Understanding the Counselling Process
Round 1 Details
The first round of counselling begins with students filling out their preferred college and course choices. This 'option form' will be open from November 21, 2025 . Students must submit this form online by November 27, 2025 . After this, SKRAU will release the first list of provisional seat allotments on December 1, 2025 . Students who get a seat in this round must decide whether to accept it. They can also ask for an 'upward movement' if they want a chance to get into a better college or course. The last date to do this is December 7, 2025 .
Round 2 Details
The second list of provisional seat allotments will be displayed on December 10, 2025 . Students who get a seat in this round must accept it by December 13, 2025 . After accepting the seat, students must physically report to their allotted college. This must be done between December 15 and 16, 2025 , by 5 PM. It is important to complete all paperwork and admission steps during this time.
Final Round (if needed)
If there are still seats left after Round 2, a final round of counselling will be held. The option form for this round will open on December 18, 2025 . Students will need to pay the fee by December 20, 2025 . The final seat allotment list will be out on December 24, 2025 . Students must accept their seat by December 28, 2025 , and report to their allotted college on December 30, 2025 .
