Who Can Apply and How
Students are divided into four groups for the form filling process. The method of application depends on which group a student belongs to:
Candidates Applying Online
- Category A: This group includes School Regular (SR) and Quasi Regular (QR) students. These are students who are currently studying in schools under BSE Odisha.
- Category B: This group is for Ex-Regular (ER) students. These are students who have appeared for the HSC exam before but did not clear it, or want to improve their previous scores.
Students in Category A and Category B must fill and submit their examination forms online. Their schools will manage this online submission process.
Candidates Applying Offline
- Category C: This group is for Correspondence Course Regular (CR) students. These students are enrolled in distance learning courses recognized by BSE Odisha.
- Category D: This group includes Correspondence Course Ex-Regular (CER) students. These are students who previously studied through correspondence courses and need to re-appear for the exam.
Students in Category C and Category D must submit their forms offline. They need to take their completed application forms and all necessary documents to specific nodal centres chosen by the Board. Students in these categories should find out their assigned nodal centre and submit their documents by the deadline.
Important Instructions for Students and Schools
All students must carefully check their personal details on the form. This includes their name, their father's name, date of birth, and the subjects they have chosen. They should also make sure any uploaded documents, such as photographs, are clear and correct before the final submission. Correcting mistakes early will help avoid problems later.
School headmasters and other officials have been advised to check every entry in the forms very carefully. They must verify all details before sending the forms to BSE Odisha. This step is important to ensure that all information is accurate for the students.
The BSE Odisha will release the complete timetable for the Annual HSC Examination 2026 after the form filling and registration process is finished. Students should regularly visit the official website, bseodisha.ac.in , for updates on exam dates and other important announcements.
