Making it Easier for Students and Colleges

- Creating a full national plan to make education more global.
- Starting an “Indian Alumni Ambassador Network.” This network will help connect former Indian students living abroad and use their experience to promote Indian education globally.
- Making it simpler to transfer academic credits from one university to another. This means if a student studies part of their course somewhere else, their marks and efforts will be easily recognized.
- Speeding up government approvals needed for foreign universities to start programs in India.
- Allowing colleges to offer joint degrees or degrees co-branded by Indian and foreign universities. This makes Indian degrees more valuable worldwide.
- Improving rules for international students who want to study in India. This includes making visa processes easier for them.
- Updating course content in Indian universities to match global standards. This ensures students learn things that are relevant everywhere.

It also has a vision for India to become a major global education center in the coming years.
