Principal Stakeholders Behind the Success

NIT-W Director Professor Bidyadhar Subudhi greeted the students and the campus placement team. He asserted:

"In a challenging market, our students have been impressed with much of their skill, flexibility, and professionalism. All our efforts in accelerating training, building industry connections, and enhancing placement opportunities have actually yielded fruit."

Among the major reasons for the success was the initiative on the part of the Centre for Career Planning and Development (CCPD), which:

  • Initiated a well-developed pre-placement training program
  • Helped students acquire soft skills, technical skills, and interview readiness
  • Focused on creating improved relations with industry recruiters

Looking Ahead

NIT-W's placement record clearly suggests that through the right preparation, training, and guidance, students can perform even in adverse job situations. The emphasis of the institute on student success, its rigorous academic program, and its connections with industry have amply borne fruits this year.

NIT-W's students and alumni have a bright future as it goes on improving and innovating.
