How is NIRF Ranking 2024 decided?

NIRF evaluates Indian institutions on teaching-learning and resources, research and professional practice, graduation outcomes, outreach and inclusivity and perception. In the NIRF ranking system, 30% weightage is given to both teaching-learning and resources and research and professional practice. 20% weightage is given to graduation outcomes, 10% to outreach and inclusivity and 10% to perception. NIRF ranks higher educational institutions in the country using objective criteria to promote competitive excellence in higher education.
