The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology ( NIELIT ) has changed the dates for its Digital Literacy Certificate ( DLC ) exams. These exams were planned for January 2026 . Now, they will take place from February 23 to 27, 2026 .
NIELIT announced this update on January 13, 2026 . This change affects students taking courses like Course on Computer Concepts ( CCC ), CCC Plus ( CCCP ), Expert Computer Course ( ECC ), Awareness in Computer Concepts ( ACC ), and Basic Computer Course ( BCC ). All these January cycle exams will now happen together with the February 2026 exam cycle.
New Dates and Admit Card Release
The postponed exams will now be held over five days, from February 23 to February 27, 2026 . This includes dates like February 23, February 24, February 25, February 26, and February 27, 2026 . Candidates must note these new exam dates carefully and plan their studies accordingly.
Admit cards for these exams will be available for download from February 16, 2026 . Students must download their admit cards from the official NIELIT Student Web Portal . It is very important to get your admit card well before the examination starts.
How to Download Your Admit Card
Follow these simple steps to download your NIELIT DLC exam admit card:
- Step 1: Open your web browser and go to the official NIELIT Student Web Portal. The correct website address is https://student.nielit.gov.in/index.aspx .
- Step 2: On the homepage, look for the section or link specifically for "Admit Card Download" for the January/February 2026 DLC Exams . This link will become active on February 16, 2026 .
- Step 3: Click on the relevant admit card link. You will be asked to provide some information.
- Step 4: Enter your application number or registration number, your date of birth, and any other details that are required on the page.
