Documents Required for Admission
Candidates must submit a list of documents upon reporting to their college. This includes the NEET UG 2026 Admit Card and Scorecard. A provisional seat allotment letter, downloaded from the MCC or state portal, is also necessary.
Proof of date of birth is required through a Class 10 Certificate and Mark Sheet. Class 12 Mark Sheets and Passing Certificates are also needed. A valid photo ID, such as an Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Passport, must be presented.
Prepare 8 to 10 identical passport-size photographs matching those used in the NEET application. Caste/Category Certificates (SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS) issued by a competent authority are mandatory for relevant categories. If applicable, a Sub-Category Certificate, like a PwD certificate, is required.
A Domicile Certificate is mandatory for candidates claiming state quota seats. Other essential documents include a Transfer Certificate (TC) or School Leaving Certificate. A Migration Certificate may be needed if required by your board/university. A Character Certificate from your last attended institution and a Medical Fitness Certificate in the prescribed format are also necessary.
Students who had a study break after Class 12 must provide a Gap Year Affidavit/Certificate. Finally, Fee Payment Receipts or proof of counselling registration are required.
