NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam: Fees and Location Updates
Students will not face any additional fees for the NEET UG 2026 re-examination. The NTA will launch a module on its official website by May 21, 2026 . This module will allow students to submit bank details. These details are for processing refunds of the original examination fees. Students who moved after the initial exam can update their present address. They can also select a preferred exam city. This update window is open from May 15, 2026, to May 21, 2026, at 11:50 PM . The NTA cautions that exam centres may change due to random allocation.
Exam Rules for June 21 Re-Exam
The medium of the examination will remain unchanged. The language chosen during the initial application is final. The re-exam will be conducted in 13 languages. These include Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. Candidates will receive an extra 15 minutes for exam duration. This time is for mandatory verification and documentation. The NTA urges students with remaining issues to contact the official helpdesk. Details are available in the notification.
