NEET UG 2026 Paper Leak: Court Takes Cognisance of CBI Chargesheet

A Delhi court has taken cognizance of a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) chargesheet against 13 individuals in the alleged NEET UG 2026 paper leak case. The Rouse Avenue Court reviewed the 20,000-page chargesheet. The court has scheduled arguments on the framing of charges for August 13 .

The CBI investigation centers on allegations of an organized network. This network is accused of leaking and circulating confidential NEET-UG exam materials. The chargesheet details the agency's findings.

Allegations Against Accused

The CBI has implicated 13 individuals in the chargesheet. Reports indicate that three National Testing Agency (NTA) subject experts are among the accused. The agency alleges these experts leaked exam materials for payment.
