NEET UG 2026 counselling schedules are expected soon. The National Testing Agency released NEET UG entrance exam results on July 16, 2026. The official counselling website, mcc.nic.in, will post the notification and schedule. Candidates who passed the NEET UG exam must register on this site.
The notification will detail the registration process. It covers all counselling rounds. Candidates must register for each round separately. After registration, a choice-filling window opens. Students select preferred courses and colleges. Seat allotment is for MBBS/BDS admissions. This applies to the All India Quota category.
Choice Filling Process
The NEET UG 2026 choice filling is for eligible students. They list their desired courses and colleges. These choices must be in order of preference. Allotment considers applicant numbers, available seats, and scores. Candidates should prioritize choices with high admission probability. Choices cannot be edited after locking.
Required Documents for Admission
Admitted students report to allocated colleges. Document verification and fee payment are necessary. Applicants need originals and photocopies. Required documents include:
- NTA Admit Card
- NEET Scorecard/Rank Letter
- Provisional Allotment Letter
- Class 10 Mark Sheet and Certificate
- Class 12 Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate
- Valid Photo ID
- Passport-Size Photographs
- Medical Fitness Certificate
- Category Certificate (SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS). Ensure validity for the current year.
- PwD Certificate (if applicable, from MCC-approved centers)
- Domicile Certificate (for 85% State Quota counselling)
- Migration and Transfer Certificates
- Gap Year Affidavit
Colleges will announce the 2026-27 academic year start dates.
