The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) begins registration for NEET UG 2026 counselling on August 5, 2026 . Students who passed the Re-NEET examination on June 21 can apply online. The portal for registration closes on August 12, 2026 .
Registration Process
Applicants must visit the official MCC website at mcc.nic.in. They will need their NEET Roll Number, Application Number, and Date of Birth to register. After registration, candidates use their application number and password to select preferred MBBS and BDS colleges. Both government and private institutions are included.
Steps to Register:
- Go to mcc.nic.in.
- Click "NEET UG Counselling 2026" under "Candidate Activity."
- Enter NEET Roll Number, Application Number, and Date of Birth.
- Upload required documents. This includes the NEET UG scorecard, photo ID, Class 10 and 12 certificates, photograph, signature, and any applicable category or special certificates.
- Complete the registration.
- Log in and fill college choices.
Fees and Requirements
Candidates participating in the 15% All India Quota (AIQ), Central Universities, AFMC, ESI, AIIMS, JIPMER, and B.Sc. Nursing counselling must pay registration and security fees. Fee structures differ for deemed universities.

Round 1 Schedule
The first round of NEET UG 2026 counselling has specific dates. Choice filling is from August 6 to August 13. Seat allotment processing occurs from August 13 to August 16. The results will be declared on August 17, 2026 .
