Understanding Choice Filling and Locking
Choice Filling means candidates log in to the official MCC website and make a list of colleges and medical courses they wish to join. They rank these colleges from their most preferred to least preferred options. It is very important for candidates to list as many choices as possible to increase their chances of getting a seat.
Choice Locking is the final step where candidates confirm their selected list of colleges and courses. Once choices are locked, candidates cannot make any further changes. If a candidate fills choices but does not lock them, the system will automatically lock the last saved choices at the closing time of 11:55 P.M. on December 9, 2025 .
