The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has opened registrations for the Vikram Sarabhai Space Quiz 2026 . This national competition focuses on India's space program. It is open to students in Classes 6 through 12.
Quiz Categories and Structure
The quiz divides participants into two age groups. The junior category is for students in Classes 6 to 8. The senior category is for students in Classes 9 to 12. The competition will take place across five zones. The top 30 zonal winners will attend the National Space Day 2026 event in Ahmedabad. This event is scheduled for August 23, 2026.
How to Participate
Students can register and take the quiz through the DIKSHA platform. Separate course links are available for each category. Junior category participants will use the designated DIKSHA course. Senior category participants will use their corresponding course link.
Quiz Focus
The Vikram Sarabhai Space Quiz 2026 assesses knowledge of ISRO missions. It covers space science topics. Satellite technology and astronomy are also included. The quiz aims to increase student interest in India's space advancements.
Collaboration
