Mumbai University has released its first merit list for undergraduate admissions for the 2026 academic year. The list is available for download on the official Mumbai University website.
First Merit List Available Online
Candidates who applied for undergraduate courses can now check their admission status. The merit list can be downloaded from the university's admission portal. In addition to the university website, the first merit list is also accessible on the websites of individual colleges.
Admission Process and Deadlines
Students offered a seat in the first round must complete the online verification process. This involves submitting scanned copies of required documents and paying the admission fee. The verification period for the first merit list is from May 27 to May 29, 2026 . Mumbai University plans to conduct a total of three admission rounds.

- Click on the link for the UG first merit list 2026.
- The merit list will display on screen.
- Download the PDF for your records.
Required Documents for Verification
Candidates must prepare both original and photocopies of the following documents for verification:
- Class 10 (SSC) Marksheet and Certificate
- Class 12 (HSC) Marksheet
- Recent Passport-Size Photograph (under 500 KB)
- Scanned Signature (on white paper, under 500 KB)
- Aadhaar Card
- Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) ID
- School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Caste Certificate & Validity (if claiming reservation)
- Domicile Certificate (for Maharashtra residents)
- Migration Certificate (if Class 12 was from outside Maharashtra State Board)
- Income Certificate / EWS Certificate (for fee concessions)
- Specially Abled / PwD Certificate (if applicable)
