Following registration, the state will publish a merit list on August 14, 2026 . Candidates can then select and lock their college choices from August 15 to August 18, 2026 .

Registration and Choice Filling Process
Candidates must complete their online registration promptly. After the state merit list is released, applicants can proceed to fill and lock their preferred seats in medical and dental colleges. Seat allotment is determined by NEET UG 2026 rank, the merit list, filled choices, and the reservation policy.
Physical reporting to the allocated colleges for document verification is scheduled between August 21 and August 27, 2026 . Candidates must select a 'YES' or 'NO' option regarding their seat acceptance. The option to upgrade for Round 2 remains available until August 27, 2026 , at 11:55 PM.
