According to the new schedule, students can now select their preferred colleges and courses online from November 29 to December 1, 2025 . After this, the results showing which seats have been allotted will be declared on December 4, 2025 . All updates and processes will happen on the official website: dme.mponline.gov.in .
What is NEET PG Counselling?
NEET PG is a national exam for doctors who want to pursue higher studies like MD (Doctor of Medicine) or MS (Master of Surgery) after MBBS. How to Fill and Lock Your Choices
Students must follow these simple steps to choose and confirm their college and course preferences for MD/MS admissions in Madhya Pradesh:

On the homepage, look for and click on the link that says "PG Medical Counselling". Then, log in to your candidate profile. - Step 3: Enter Your Details
You will need to enter your NEET PG 2025 Roll Number , your registration password, and a security code (usually shown on the screen). - Step 4: Select "Choice Filling"
After logging in, you will see a dashboard. Find and click on the option named "Choice Filling". - Step 5: View Available Options
A list of all available medical colleges and courses (MD, MS, or Diploma) will be displayed. - Step 6: Choose Your Preferences
Carefully select the college and course combinations you want. Arrange them in the order of your preference. Put your most desired choice at the top. - Step 7: Save Your Selections
As you choose, remember to save your selections regularly. This prevents losing your choices if there is an internet problem. - Step 8: Lock Your Choices
Once you are sure about your selections and their order, click on the "Lock Choices" button. You will need to enter your password again to confirm this action. After locking, you cannot change your choices.
