MH CET Law 2026 CAP Round 1 Results Released

The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MH CET) Law 2026 Seat Allotment Result for CAP Round 1 is now available. The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra released the results on its official website, cetcell.mahacet.org. This announcement covers both 5-year integrated LLB and 3-year LLB programs.

Check Your Allotment

Candidates can access their results through the candidate portal. Login using your Application ID and Password to view your allocated seat, college, and category quota. After checking the results, download your provisional seat allotment letter.

Your Next Steps: Freeze or Betterment

You have two options after receiving your seat allocation:

  • Freeze: Select this option to accept and confirm your allotted seat.
  • Betterment: Choose this to keep your current offer and seek a higher preference in CAP Round 2.

If you are allocated your first preference, your seat will be automatically frozen. You must then confirm the seat to finalize admission.

How to Check the Result

Follow these steps to check your MH CET Law CAP Round 1 Allotment Result:

  1. Go to cetcell.mahacet.org .
  2. Navigate to the 3-Year LLB or 5-Year Integrated LLB CAP admission portal.
  3. Click on the allotment result option.
  4. Log in using your registration ID and password or date of birth.
  5. View your provisional seat allotment details, including college name, course preferences, and category.
  6. Download and print your provisional seat allotment letter.
  7. Choose either the ' Freeze ' or ' Betterment ' option.

Admission Procedure

To complete your admission, you must report physically to your allotted law college. Bring all required documents for verification and pay the admission fee within the specified dates. Failure to do so may result in losing your allocated seat.

Automatic Freeze Policy

Candidates who receive their first preference (Preference 1) will have their seat automatically frozen. These candidates must confirm their allotment at the institute. Not confirming the seat will forfeit the allotment and exclude the candidate from Round 2.
