The Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) has released the schedule for the Class 10 Supplementary Examination 2026. Students failing one or two subjects in the regular examination can retake the exam from May 1 to May 8, 2026 .
Application Details
Registration for the supplementary exams opens on April 14, 2026 . The application window closes on April 21, 2026 . MBOSE will not accept any applications submitted after this deadline. Students must apply through designated supplementary test centers.
To be eligible, students must have failed no more than two subjects in the March 2026 regular examinations. Students should visit the official MBOSE website, mbose.in , to identify the nearest authorized examination center.
The application process involves visiting the chosen center to collect and complete the official application form. Students must provide accurate personal details. The required examination fees must be paid to the center by the April 21 deadline. The center will then submit the student's data electronically to MBOSE.
Exam Schedule
All supplementary exams will be conducted in a single shift. Core subjects and Indian languages (Khasi, Garo, Hindi, Bengali, Mizo) are scheduled from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM . Vocational subjects will conclude at 11:00 AM .
Exam center gates will open at 9:30 AM . Question papers will be distributed at 9:45 AM , followed by answer sheets at 9:50 AM . This allows students ten minutes to review the questions before writing begins at 10:00 AM.

The MBOSE announced the supplementary exam schedule following the release of the main Class 10 results on April 7, 2026. This supplementary examination provides an opportunity for students to pass and proceed to Class 11 within the same academic year.
