The Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE) will release Class 10 High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examination results on April 23, 2026 . Thousands of students who took the exams from February 19 to March 16, 2026, can check their scores online.
How to Check Results
Students can download their provisional marksheets from the official websites: mbse.edu.in and mbseonline.com . Candidates will need their roll number and registration number to access their results. Following these steps will allow students to view and download their scorecards:
- Visit the official website: mbse.edu.in .
- Click on the results tab on the homepage.
- Select the link for Mizoram HSLC Examination Result 2026.
- Enter your Roll Number and Registration Number.
- Click to find the results and view your scorecard.
New Policy on Result Publication
This year, MBSE will not publish merit lists, ranks, distinctions, or divisions. This policy change aims to reduce academic pressure and promote quality-based learning. School Education Minister Vanlalthlana announced the discontinuation of these rankings.
While digital scorecards will be available online, the board will also display printed result sheets. These will be available at the MBSE office in Chaltlang, Aizawl, and the regional office in Lunglei.
Passing Criteria
To pass the HSLC examination, students must achieve at least 33% marks in each subject . Additionally, a minimum of 33% in aggregate is required for successful completion.
