The All India Management Association (AIMA) has opened registrations for the MAT September 2026 exam. Applicants can apply online through the official website, mat.aima.in. The exam will be conducted in both paper-based (PBT) and computer-based (CBT) formats on separate dates.
MAT September 2026 Exam Schedule
Candidates must register by specific deadlines for each exam mode. The closing date for PBT registrations is September 7, 2026 . The PBT exam will take place on September 13, 2026 , with admit cards available from September 10, 2026 .
For the CBT mode, registration closes on September 14, 2026 . The CBT exam is scheduled for September 20, 2026 . Admit cards for the CBT will be released on September 17, 2026 .
Exam Details
The MAT exam assesses candidates across five sections: Language Comprehension, Intelligence & Critical Reasoning, Mathematical Skills, Data Analysis & Sufficiency, and Economic & Business Environment. Each section contains 30 questions, totaling 150 questions. The total exam duration is 120 minutes.
AIMA conducts the MAT exam four times annually. Scores from MAT are accepted by over 600 business schools nationwide for admissions.
