The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has released the hall tickets for the upcoming Class 10 (SSC) Board Exams 2026. These crucial documents are now available for download by schools. Students appearing for the exams will soon receive their individual hall tickets from their respective schools.

The SSC Board Exams 2026 are scheduled to take place from February 20, 2026, to March 18, 2026. The hall ticket is a mandatory document, and no student will be allowed to enter the examination hall without it. Therefore, it is important for schools to download and distribute these promptly, and for students to collect and verify their details carefully.

Important Rules for Schools Regarding Hall Tickets

The MSBSHSE has issued clear instructions to all affiliated schools regarding the distribution of the Class 10 hall tickets. Here are the main points:

  • Schools are strictly not allowed to charge any extra fee from students for issuing the Maharashtra SSC Hall Ticket 2026. It must be provided free of cost.
  • Each hall ticket must carry the official stamp and signature of the school's Headmaster or Principal. This signature and stamp verify the authenticity of the admit card.
  • School authorities must ensure that all personal details on the hall tickets are correct before handing them over to students. This proactive check can prevent issues closer to the exam dates.

How Schools Can Download Maharashtra SSC Hall Tickets 2026

School authorities, including principals and designated staff, can easily download the MSBSHSE Class 10 admit cards from the official board websites. Follow these simple steps:

  • Step 1: Go to the official website of the Maharashtra Board. You can use either mahahsscboard.in or mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in.
  • Step 2: On the homepage, look for the section titled 'Latest Notifications'.
  • Step 3: Click on the link specifically meant for 'SSC Hall Ticket 2026' or 'Admit Card' under the SSC section.
  • Step 4: You will then find a section called 'Login for Institute'. Click on the 'Sign in here' option for SSC.
  • Step 5: Enter your school's unique username and password into the required fields.
  • Step 6: Click on the 'Submit' button to log in.
  • Step 7: Select the correct range of roll numbers for the students in your school.
  • Step 8: Download the hall tickets. It is advised to take printouts of all the hall tickets immediately. Remember to put the school's official stamp and the Principal's signature on each printed hall ticket before distributing them to students.

What to Do if There are Mistakes in the Hall Ticket

Students must check their hall tickets very carefully as soon as they receive them. Any errors found must be reported to the school immediately. The process to correct mistakes is as follows:

  • If there are errors in personal details such as the student's name, mother's name, or date of birth, the school needs to submit a correction request online. This is done through the 'Application Correction' link on the board's website.
  • There might be a fee for making these corrections. Schools should complete the payment process as instructed.
  • After the Divisional Board reviews and approves the changes, corrected hall tickets will be available for download. Schools can access these through the 'Correction Admit Card' option.
  • For issues related to subjects chosen or the medium of examination, schools should directly contact their respective Divisional Board office to get these fixed.
  • If the student's photograph on the admit card is unclear or missing, the school must attach a clear, correct photograph. The Headmaster or Principal must then sign and stamp the new photograph to make it official.

Key Dates and Advice for Students

The Maharashtra SSC Board Exams 2026 are a critical milestone for Class 10 students. The exams start on February 20, 2026, and will conclude on March 18, 2026. Students are advised to:

  • Collect their hall ticket from their school without delay.
