Revised Counselling Timeline
Candidates can submit grievances regarding the provisional merit list until August 20, 2026, by 5 PM . Those who have not yet registered for state counselling can do so from August 20 to August 21, 2026 .

Registration for Unregistered Candidates
The Maharashtra CET Cell has reopened registration for candidates who missed the initial state counselling registration. This window is open from August 20 to August 21, 2026 . During this period, candidates must complete online registration, application, and fee payment.
Uploading and submitting all required documents is also mandatory within this timeframe. Documents must be submitted by August 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM . Failure to submit documents by this deadline will result in disqualification from admission consideration and loss of claimed categories.
Merit List and Choice Filling
A revised provisional merit list is expected on August 23, 2026 , after document verification. Newly registered candidates can raise grievances against this list on August 24. The final merit list and seat matrix will be released on August 25, 2026 . Following this, candidates will select their college and course preferences for CAP Round 1 between August 26 and August 29.
