The Selection Process Explained
After you apply, KJ Somaiya will review all applications and release a list of selected candidates. This list, called the 'shortlist', will be out on February 6 . If your name is on this list, you will move to the next rounds of selection.
Written Ability Test (WAT): This test will be held online from February 16 to February 18 . In the WAT, you will be given a topic to write about. This helps the institute see how well you can express your thoughts and ideas in writing.
Personal Interview (PI): If you do well in the WAT, you will be called for a Personal Interview. These interviews will happen offline at various centers between February 20 and March 8 . Problem Solving Analysis: This round will also be held offline during the same period as the Personal Interview ( February 20 to March 8 ). This is similar to a Group Discussion (GD) round.
