Kerala students, get ready! The exam schedules for Class 10 (SSLC) and Class 12 (Plus Two) public exams for 2026 are expected very soon. The Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan and Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE) will release these timetables in October 2025 . Education Minister V. Shivankutty will make the announcement.
Main exams for both classes are planned for March 2026 . Plus Two practical exams will begin in January 2026 , and mock exams for both classes in February 2026 . Results are expected by May 2026 .

Kerala SSLC Exam 2026 Details
The SSLC exams are likely to start with First Language - Part 1 and finish with Biology . To qualify for higher studies, students need at least a D+ grade in all subjects. The grading system is as follows:

The Plus Two exams are expected to start with English (Part I) . Practical exams begin January 2026 , and mock exams are in February 2026 . Hall tickets will be issued by schools in February/March 2026 .

- Subjects without practicals : 9:30 AM to 12:15 PM .
- Subjects with practicals (except Biology & Music) : 9:30 AM to 11:45 AM (includes 25 mins cool-off).
- Music exams: 9:30 AM to 11:15 AM (includes 15 mins cool-off).
