About Available Seats and Eligibility
This counselling process handles admissions for state quota seats in Kerala's medical colleges. For context, last year, there were approximately 428 seats in government medical colleges and 229 seats in self-financing private institutions. Candidates should note that the number of seats might change for the current year.
Only candidates who have qualified in the NEET PG exam are eligible to apply for Kerala NEET PG counselling. Besides qualifying the exam, candidates must also meet other eligibility rules set by the CEE Kerala. This counselling does not cover All India Quota (AIQ) seats, which are managed separately by MCC NEET PG counselling.
