Information on Your Result Sheet

The PDF document you download for the Kerala NEET Counselling 2025 Round 3 seat allotment contains important details specific to your admission. This information helps you understand which college and course you have been offered. Here is a breakdown of what you will find:

Application Number
Rank
College Name
Course
Candidate Category
Allotted Category
Option Number

Each detail on the result sheet is important for your admission. The Application Number is your unique identification number used during the entire counselling process. Your Rank shows your position in the merit list based on your NEET 2025 score. The College Name tells you which institution has offered you a seat, and the Course specifies whether it is MBBS or BDS. Candidate Category refers to your original reservation category, such as General, OBC, SC, ST, or EWS. Allotted Category indicates the category under which you finally secured the seat. The Option Number shows which of your preferred choices, submitted during counselling, has been allotted to you.

Next Steps: Institute Reporting

Students who have been allotted a seat in this round must complete the institute reporting process. This means you need to physically go to your allotted college and complete all the necessary admission formalities. The reporting period is from November 4, 2025 , and ends on November 8, 2025 , at 4 PM .

The CEE Kerala has clearly stated an important rule: if a candidate does not join the course or college allotted to them within this specified time frame, they will lose their allotted seat. Furthermore, they will also lose all their existing higher options (other preferred colleges or courses) that were active in the stream (medical or dental) to which the current allotment belongs. Therefore, it is very important for all candidates who have been allotted a seat to report to their colleges on time to secure their admission and avoid any loss of opportunity.
