The Kerala Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) has opened the seat confirmation window for the second phase of KEAM 2026 Pharmacy admissions. Candidates must confirm their chosen options on the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in, by August 8, 2026 .
Phase 2 Pharmacy Admission Process
This confirmation is mandatory for candidates who received an allotment in the first phase and paid the fee, as well as those who did not receive an allotment previously. Failure to confirm options will result in exclusion from the second round of allotments.
How to Confirm Options
Candidates should follow these steps:
- Visit cee.kerala.gov.in.
- Navigate to 'UG Admission' and select 'KEAM 2026'.
- Log in using application number and password.
- Enter the captcha code.
- Access the Candidate Portal.
- Click the 'confirm' button.
Editing and Adding Options
The online portal remains open until August 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM . During this period, candidates can rearrange higher options, delete unwanted choices, and add options for newly included colleges.

Important Note on Re-allotment
If a candidate who received a first-phase allotment is assigned a new seat in the second phase, their first-phase allotment will be automatically canceled. They must then join the newly allotted college.
