The previous deadline was July 6, 2026, at 4:00 PM. This extension provides an additional day for candidates who have not yet completed their option entry. Only candidates who qualified in KEAM 2026 and wish to participate in the first round of counseling must meet the new deadline.
The CEE Kerala will not consider any further requests after the registration window closes.

How to Complete KEAM 2026 Option Registration
Candidates must follow these steps to register their options:

- Log in using your application number and password.
- Access the CAP Option Registration link.
- Select your preferred colleges and branches, ranking them from most to least desired.
- Save your choices.
- Lock your final choices before the deadline.
- Submit your choices by 12:00 Noon on July 7, 2026 .
- Download a copy of your submitted choices for future reference.
After the registration window closes, CEE Kerala will process the choices. Seat allotment will be based on merit rank, reservation policies, and available seats. Candidates who receive an allotment must complete admission procedures, including fee payment and document verification, within the specified timeframe.
