- Study Certificates: Proof of studying in Karnataka for at least 7 years (Class 1 to 12). Four to six copies are needed.
- Caste/Income Certificate: Form ‘D’, ‘E’, or ‘F’ from the jurisdictional Tehsildar for SC, ST, Category-I/OBC.
- Rural Study Certificate: Proof of 10 years of academic schooling in a designated rural area (Class 1 to 10), countersigned by the Block Education Officer (BEO).
- Kannada Medium Study Certificate: Proof of 10 years of study in Kannada medium (Class 1 to 10), countersigned by the BEO.
- NCC/Sports Certificates (if applicable)
- Defence/Ex-Servicemen Certificate: Home address proof, service certificate, and identity card from the District Sainik Welfare and Resettlement Board (if applicable).
- Physically Disabled (PWD) Certificate: Medical certificate from the officially designated KEA Medical Board (if applicable).
