The Karnataka School Examinations and Assessments Board (KSEAB) will soon announce the results for the SSLC (Class 10) exams held in 2026. Around 6 lakh students are waiting for their results, which are expected to be released in May 2026. The official websites where students can check their scores are kseab.karnataka.gov.in and karresults.nic.in.
Result Announcement Details
The KSEAB has finished evaluating the answer sheets for the SSLC exams. The evaluation process started on April 8, 2026, for the main subjects and on April 9, 2026, for the third language papers (Hindi and Sanskrit). While the exact date and time for the result announcement are not yet confirmed, it is usually released in the morning hours.
Students will need their roll number and date of birth to check their SSLC results. The Karnataka SSLC exams for the first session were conducted from March 18 to April 2, 2026. A second exam session (SSLC Exam-2) is scheduled to take place from May 18 to May 25, 2026.
Changes in Marking System
This year, the Karnataka Board has made a change to how marks are calculated. Marks obtained in the third language paper will not be added to the total marks. This means the total marks for the SSLC exam will now be out of 525 instead of the previous total.
Students are advised to keep checking the official KSEAB websites for the exact date and time of the result announcement. It is also important to have the correct login details ready to check the results quickly once they are declared.
