Karnataka government pre-university colleges have launched remedial classes for students who did not pass the II PUC, or Class 12, exams. The classes began immediately after the results were announced. The goal is to help students prepare for Exam 2, the first of two supplementary exam opportunities this year.
Focus on Difficult Subjects
Remedial classes target subjects with high failure rates. For the Arts stream, Political Science and English are identified as key areas needing support. Sessions include subject revision and practice with past exam papers. Instructors will also conduct doubt-clearing rounds.
Addressing Irregular Attendance
Officials report that inconsistent attendance contributed to students failing the first attempt. The current program aims to establish a disciplined study environment. These classes are designed to boost preparedness before Exam 2 starts.
