Understanding the Caution Deposit
Students must pay a caution deposit of INR 25,000 to participate in this round. Here is what you need to know about it:
- Purpose: It shows that you are serious about taking a seat if allotted.
 - Adjustment: If you get a seat, this INR 25,000 will be subtracted from the total college fees you need to pay.
 - Refund: If you do not get a seat in this round, the caution deposit will be refunded to you. The KEA will share details on how refunds will be processed later.

Cancelling a Previously Allotted Seat
Some students might have received a seat in earlier rounds but now wish to cancel it. If you want to cancel a seat you got in a previous PGCET counselling round:
- You must visit the KEA office in person.
 - The deadline for cancelling a seat is November 6, 4 PM .
 - If you cancel your seat, you will get a refund of your admission fee. However, INR 10,000 will be deducted from your refund as a processing charge.

Students should check the official KEA website regularly for any new announcements or changes in the schedule.
