Fee Payment Details

Students who have been allotted a seat must pay the admission fee mentioned in their allotment letter. KEA will adjust an amount of INR 25,000 from the caution deposit already paid by the candidates during the fee payment process. This means students will pay a reduced amount at this stage.

Important Steps After Allotment

After paying the admission fee, students must follow these crucial steps:

  1. Download Confirmation Slip: Once the fee is paid, download the confirmation slip. This slip confirms your fee payment.
  2. Collect Required Documents: Gather all necessary documents for college reporting. These include:
    • Confirmation Slip (proof of fee payment)
    • Claim Slip
    • KEA PGCET Scorecard
    • Original academic documents (mark sheets, certificates)
    • ID proof and other relevant certificates as mentioned by KEA
  3. Report to Allotted College: Visit your allotted college on or before November 13 , 5:30 PM. Carry all original documents and their photocopies for verification.

If a student fails to pay the admission fee or report to the allotted college by the deadline, their seat will be cancelled. They will not be able to claim the seat later.

No Further Rounds

KEA has confirmed that no more counselling rounds will be held for admissions through Karnataka PGCET 2025 scores after this Round 3. This means that students who did not get a seat in any of the counselling rounds will not have another chance through KEA's official process.

Management Quota Option

Students who could not secure a seat through KEA PGCET counselling can still explore other options. They can contact their desired colleges directly to inquire about admissions through management seats. It is important to know that the admission fees for KEA allotted seats and management seats might be different for the same colleges.
