Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) released revised answer keys for the Karnataka PGCET 2026 MBA and MCA exams. The authority will award grace marks to candidates who took these exams. This follows an expert panel review of the provisional answer keys.
Revised Answer Keys and Grace Marks
An expert panel identified errors in the provisional answer keys. These errors were due to structural issues and incorrect options in the exam blueprint. As a result, KEA has updated the master question paper series.
The expert panel recommended awarding grace marks. One question in the MBA paper received grace marks. Three questions in the MCA paper also received grace marks. These marks will be added automatically to eligible candidates' scores.
Additionally, KEA corrected nine provisional answers in the MBA master key. Two provisional answers in the MCA master key were also updated. These finalized answer keys are legally valid. Scoring servers will use these updated keys for raw score calculation.
Accessing Revised Keys
Candidates can download the finalized master answer keys in PDF format. The official KEA portal provides access. The website addresses are kea.kar.nic.in and cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea .
Steps to Download:
- Open a web browser.
- Navigate to kea.kar.nic.in or cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea.
- Select 'Admissions' from the home page menu.
- Choose 'PGCET 2026' from the drop-down list.
- Click on the notifications tab.
- Find and click the link for 'PGCET 2026 MBA Revised Answer Key' or 'PGCET 2026 MCA Revised Answer Key'.
The official master PDF document will download automatically. This document includes various version codes, such as (A1, B1, C1, D1). No user login is required to download the keys.
