Application and Registration Process

Option Entry for Seat Allotment
Choices submitted by candidates during the first round of seat allotment will remain valid for the second round. Candidates cannot re-enter their options. The option entry made before the first round is considered final.

- Final printout of the KEA Online Application Form.
- 'UG NEET 2026' Admission Ticket and Score Card.
- SSLC / 10th Standard Marks Card.
- 2nd PUC / 12th Standard Marks Card.

- Two recent passport-size photographs.
