Ranchi: Registration for Jharkhand NEET PG 2025 counselling will begin on November 2, 2025 . The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) released the full schedule for medical students on October 31, 2025 . Students who have cleared the NEET PG 2025 exam and want to get admission into postgraduate medical courses in Jharkhand should prepare to apply. All applications must be submitted online through the official website, jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in .
This counselling process is important for those who want to study advanced medical degrees like Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), or PG Diploma courses. NEET PG is the entrance exam for these courses across India. After the exam, each state conducts its own counselling to help students get seats in different medical colleges based on their scores, preferences, and seat availability. The Jharkhand counselling will help candidates secure a seat in government and private medical institutions within the state.

From November 20 to November 27, 2025 , students must visit the college with all their original documents. The college authorities will check these documents to make sure they match the information provided in the application. Failing to report or provide correct documents can lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
Stay Updated for Future Rounds
This schedule is for the first round of counselling only. JCECEB might conduct further rounds of counselling, such as Round 2 and a Mop-Up round, if seats remain vacant. Students who do not get a seat in Round 1, or wish to upgrade their allotted seat, should keep an eye on the official website for announcements about these future rounds. Staying updated is key to securing admission.
