JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) has opened applications for its B.Tech programs through the JAIN Entrance Test (JET) 2026. This exam is for students wanting to study engineering and prepare for jobs in the changing global engineering field.
The JET 2026 exam will be held online and supervised from home. This means students from all over India can take the test without travelling. The exam dates are April 9 and 10, 2026 . Candidates can choose to take the exam in the morning or afternoon on either day.
The university will announce the list of qualified candidates on April 11, 2026, at 4:00 PM .
Scholarships and Admissions
JAIN University offers scholarships to high-achieving students. 15% of seats are reserved under the Scholarship (SCR) category.
Students who have scored well in other national exams like JEE Main, KCET, COMEDK, or EAMCET might not need to take the JET written test. They could be invited directly for an interview and counselling for the SCR category, depending on their ranks and scores.
The top scorers in JET 2026 will get a 25% scholarship for their first year of study. Students from Defence and SC/ST categories will receive a 10% scholarship for all four years. Scholarships are also available for students who have excelled in sports at recognized levels.
