JEECUP Round 4 Seat Allotment 2026 Released

The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has released the Round 4 seat allotment results today, July 30, 2026. To access the results, students must visit the official JEECUP admissions website. Locate and click on the link for "Round 4 Seat Allocation Result For JEECUP Counselling 2026." Log in using your application number and password. Your seat allotment status will appear on the screen. It is advised to download and save this document for future use.

Key Dates and Next Steps

Following the seat allotment, candidates have a limited window to confirm their admission. From July 31 to August 3, 2026, by 5 p.m. , students can choose to either "freeze" their allocated seat or "float" it for a chance in the next round. This decision period also includes the payment of required fees.

Document verification will take place at designated help desk centers across the state. This process runs from July 31 to August 4, 2026, up to 6 p.m. Candidates who select the "freeze" option will also need to complete the balance fee payment during this time. The option to withdraw an admitted seat is available on August 5, 2026 .

Understanding Freeze and Float Options

Choosing the "freeze" option means a candidate accepts their allotted seat and is satisfied with the choice. This requires immediate fee payment and document verification.

The "float" option allows candidates to accept their current seat as a backup while aiming for a more preferred choice in subsequent counselling rounds. Candidates who choose to float will await the commencement of Round 5, which is expected to begin after the conclusion of Round 4.
