The deadline to complete document verification for JEECUP 2026 Round 3 admissions is today, July 25, 2026 . Students who received seat allotments must finalize their verification and pay the required security and counseling fees by 6 PM.
New academic sessions for 2026-27 will begin on August 1, 2026. Failure to complete these steps by the deadline may result in the forfeiture of the allotted seat.
Completing Online Self-Reporting
Candidates must complete an online self-reporting process. This involves visiting the official JEECUP admissions website at jeecup.admissions.nic.in .
After logging in using their application number and password, students need to pay any outstanding security or counseling fees. They will then complete the online self-reporting. Following this, they can download their allotment letter and fee receipt.
Document Verification Process
The final step involves visiting the designated district verification center. Students must present their documents for verification at this location. Two sets of all required documents are mandatory.
Required documents include the JEECUP Rank Card 2026, JEECUP Hall Ticket 2026, JEECUP Round 3 Allotment Letter, and the Fee Payment Receipt. Mark sheets and certificates for Class 10 and the qualifying examination are also necessary.
Additional documents needed are a Character Certificate, Migration Certificate (if applicable), and a Reservation Certificate (if applicable). A Domicile Certificate and a recent passport-size colored photograph are also required. Students must bring a Government-Issued Photo ID, such as an Aadhar Card.
Upcoming Counselling Rounds
The schedule for JEECUP Counselling Round 4 and Round 5 has been released. This provides opportunities for students who did not secure a seat in earlier rounds.
Round 4 choice filling and locking will occur from July 27 to July 29, 2026. The Round 4 seat allotment result will be announced on July 30, 2026.
Students will have from July 31 to August 3, 2026, to freeze or float their Round 4 seats. Seat acceptance and counseling fee payments for Round 4 are due between July 31 and August 4, 2026. Document verification for Round 4 will take place from July 31 to August 4, 2026.
Round 5 choice filling and locking will be from August 6 to August 10, 2026. The Round 5 seat allotment result is scheduled for August 11, 2026.
Seat acceptance and fee payments for Round 5 are due August 12 to August 14, 2026. Document verification for Round 5 will run concurrently from August 12 to August 14, 2026. Seat withdrawal for both Rounds 4 and 5 concludes on August 15, 2026.
