JEECUP 2026 Counselling Schedule
The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) will release the first round seat allotment results on July 1, 2026. Following this, selected candidates have a limited time to confirm their admission.
From July 2 to July 5, 2026, candidates must make their online 'freeze' or 'float' choice. This decision confirms whether they accept the allotted seat or wish to be considered for subsequent rounds. A non-refundable fee payment is also required during this period.
Document verification for the first round will occur at district help centers from July 2 to July 6, 2026. Uttar Pradesh residents are prioritized for the initial admission rounds.
Second Round Registration Opens Soon
The registration and choice modification period for the second round of JEECUP 2026 counselling begins on July 7, 2026, and concludes on July 9, 2026. This offers another opportunity for candidates to adjust their college and program preferences.
Candidates who did not secure a seat in the first round, or wish to change their options, can participate in the second round. This includes those who floated their first-round seat.
The second round seat allotment result is scheduled for release on July 10, 2026. Similar to the first round, candidates will then have from July 11 to July 13, 2026, to make their freeze/float choice and pay the required fees.
Document verification for the second round will take place from July 11 to July 14, 2026. The JEECUP 2026 admission process prioritizes candidates with a valid Uttar Pradesh domicile for the initial rounds before opening to out-of-state candidates in later stages.
