How to Calculate Your Probable Score
Once the response sheet and answer key are out, students can estimate their scores. Follow these simple steps:
- Go to the official NTA JEE Main website.
- Download the official answer key and your response sheet.
- Compare your answers on the response sheet with the correct answers in the key.
- For every correct answer, you get 4 marks.
- For every incorrect answer, 1 mark is deducted.
- Calculate your total score by adding marks for correct answers and subtracting marks for wrong answers.
This step helps students understand their performance before the official results are announced.
