How to Check Results
To access the results, candidates must log in using their JEE Main 2026 application number and password. The result displays the assigned institute, program, and branch based on rank, category, preference, and quota.
Participating Institutes and Seats
The Joint Admission Committee (JAC), Delhi, manages admissions for four prominent technical institutions: Delhi Technological University (DTU), Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW), Netaji Subhash University of Technology (NSUT), and IIIT-Delhi (IIITD). Approximately 7,000 seats are available in B.Tech and B.Arch programs. 85% of seats are reserved for Delhi quota candidates, with 15% for outside Delhi aspirants.
Reporting and Admission Procedures
Students who have been allocated seats must download their provisional seat allotment letter. They are then required to report to their assigned institute within the specified timeframe to complete admission procedures. Failure to report will result in the forfeiture of the allocated seat.
Next Steps for Candidates
Candidates who did not secure their preferred branch in Round 1 can participate in subsequent rounds. These include Rounds 2, 3, and 4 , followed by upgradation rounds. Spot rounds will be conducted to fill any remaining vacant seats.
