The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has opened applications for its Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) program. The U R Rao Satellite Centre (URSC) in Bengaluru is recruiting 17 researchers. Applications are open to graduates with Master's degrees in engineering or pure sciences.
ISRO JRF Fellowship Details
This fellowship offers stipends up to Rs 42,000 per month. It provides research experience in spacecraft and satellite technology. Researchers will work at ISRO's facilities.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a Master of Engineering (ME), Master of Technology (MTech), or Master of Science (MSc) degree. They need a minimum of a first-class academic record. This equates to 60% marks or a 6.5 CGPA/CPI on a 10-point scale. For specific science-focused roles, a higher percentage may be required.
