A total of 808 students from ISB's Hyderabad and Mohali campuses participated. They received 1,117 offers overall. The highest domestic package reached ₹1.56 crore . The average salary saw an 11% increase. The average salary for the Class of 2026 is ₹37.29 Lakh .
Thirty international offers were extended to students. A total of 25 new companies recruited from ISB this year. These numbers reflect the performance of the Silver Jubilee cohort.

Over 250 firms participated in the placement season. They recruited from various industries.
Consulting Sector
Management consulting remained the top recruiting sector. Accenture extended over 100 offers. Deloitte and 'The Big Three' (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) also hired actively.
Technology & Product
Companies like Google, Amazon, and Microsoft recruited. Roles focused on Product Management and Digital Transformation. This occurred despite global tech market adjustments.
BFSI Surge
There was a notable increase in roles within private equity and investment banking. Barclays, Goldman Sachs, Kotak Mahindra Capital, and UBS were key recruiters in this sector.
FMCG & Healthcare
P&G, ITC, and L'Oreal recruited for marketing positions. Reliance Foundation Hospital was a new recruiter in the healthcare sector.
