India's Youngest Entrepreneurs: AI & SpaceTech Lead 2026 List

India's youngest entrepreneurs on the 2026 Avendus Wealth–Hurun U30 Entrepreneurs list are two decades old. This marks a drop from last year's youngest entrant at 22. Spacetech and AI startup founders Onkar Singh Batra and Dhravya Shah are the youngest on this year's list.

The top 10 youngest entrepreneurs have collectively secured over $3.5 billion in funding. This includes $2.3 billion for Zepto and $650 million for BharatPe. Across the entire list, 102 young founders attracted investment from firms like Y Combinator and Google.

Pixxel leads in investor numbers with 34. Zepto follows with 30 investors, and Bold Care has 26.

The list also features 26-year-old Neelakantha Bhanu Prakash, founder of Bhanzu. He is known as the world's fastest human calculator. Utkarsh Singh and Vikrant Singh, 23, co-founders of BatX Energies, are also included. BatX Energies focuses on lithium-ion battery recycling.

Anjali Sardana, 23, founder of Pronto, made the list. Zepto CEO and co-founder Aadit Palicha and co-founder Kaivalya Vohra, both 23, are also among the youngest entrepreneurs.

Sectors Driving Young Entrepreneurship

One in four entrants are from DeepTech and HardTech sectors. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning account for eight founders. EV and auto components have seven founders. Spacetech has six founders.

Aerospace and Defence sectors feature four founders. Cybersecurity includes two founders.

Top City and College for Entrepreneurs

Bengaluru had 21 entrepreneurs on the list. This is an increase of 14 from the previous year. BITS Pilani alumni representation grew from seven to 11. BITS Pilani remains the top undergraduate alma mater for the second consecutive year.

Prominent Young Founders

The list highlights founders across various industries.

SpaceTech, DefenceTech, and Drone Founders

Six young entrepreneurs are in the Spacetech sector. Awais Ahmed and Kshitij Khandelwal of Pixxel are 28. Anirudh Sharma, Rahul Rawat, and Tanveer Ahmed of Digantara are 27, 26, and 28 respectively.

Onkar Singh Batra, 20, of Apolink is the youngest in Spacetech. Naman Pushp, 21, of Airbound is in the drone sector. Bodhisattwa Sanghapriya, 29, of IG Defence is in DefenceTech.

These entrepreneurs are innovating in fields like AI, Machine Learning, and Spacetech. Their ventures also span luxury skincare and electric mobility.
