IIM Lucknow, a top management institute in India, has successfully completed its summer placement process for the batch of **2025-27**. This means students found internships for their summer break, which is a key part of their course.

Good Stipends Offered to Students

The average monthly stipend for all students was **Rs 1.67 lakh**. This is higher than last year's average of Rs 1.43 lakh. The median stipend (the middle value when all stipends are listed from lowest to highest) was **Rs 1.72 lakh** per month, up from Rs 1.50 lakh last year.
Students who performed exceptionally well also received higher offers. The top 50% of the students in the batch received an average monthly stipend of **Rs 2.18 lakh**.

What the Placement Chairperson Said
Professor Prem Prakash Dewani, who is in charge of placements at IIM Lucknow, shared his thoughts. He said, "This year, we saw a very good summer placement drive. Many well-known companies from different fields took part. The success of this drive shows how talented our students are at IIM Lucknow."
He added that the institute will continue to work closely with industries in the coming years.
