How Placements Worked: Cluster-Cohort System
More than 165 firms offered over 230 different roles to students. Companies were grouped into specific industries called cohorts. These cohorts were then invited to the campus over three different days, forming clusters.
Students could also apply for "dream" roles. This meant they could apply to their preferred companies in a later cluster, even if they already had an offer from an earlier cluster. This system helped students find jobs that matched their career goals. This year, 117 students made over 280 dream applications . The number of dream applications that turned into job offers increased by more than 15% compared to last year.
