Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has released a revised date sheet for its June 2026 Term-End Examinations (TEE). The exams will now run from June 1, 2026 , to July 21, 2026 .
This updated schedule affects students enrolled in undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certificate programs. IGNOU announced the final date sheet on May 12, 2026.
Exam Schedule Overview
The examinations will be conducted in two sessions daily. The morning session is scheduled from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM . The afternoon session will take place from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM .

Exam Format and Requirements
The June 2026 TEE will include both descriptive and multiple-choice question (MCQ) papers. For descriptive questions, students will write detailed answers. MCQ papers will use OMR sheets for responses.
Each exam paper will specify the marks allocated and the time limit. Students can choose to answer questions in either English or Hindi.
Students must bring their IGNOU university ID card and hall ticket to every examination session. Assignment submission is a prerequisite for receiving an admit card. The extended deadline for assignment submission is May 31, 2026 .
Objective question papers for select programs, including BDP, BTS, BCA, and BSW, will be available. The official IGNOU website, ignou.ac.in, will provide further details and the complete date sheet.
