The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced a new syllabus and exam pattern for the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) 2026. This is an important update for all students who wish to become Company Secretaries. The new rules will start from the June 2026 exam session.
According to the ICSI, the CSEET exam will now be held three times a year : in February, June, and October. The first exam under this new pattern will take place from June 01 to June 04, 2026 . All students applying for CSEET from June 2026 onwards must follow this new syllabus and pattern.

New CSEET Exam Pattern 2026
The exam pattern has changed significantly. The CSEET exam will now be conducted over four days in offline mode. Here is a breakdown of the new pattern:
